From 5 August, guests will need to show a full health pass or a PCR test less than 48 hours old and proof of identity in order to access the room. Otherwise, we will not be able to serve you dinner or breakfast. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Dear Customers,  We thank you for your interest in our establishment and for the confidence you have shown in us. Given the exceptional circumstances we are going through, we would like to share the following information with you: Also, and to ensure the well-being of our guests as well as health security, here are our 7 golden rules now in force in our Chalet.

Your security

Your safety and well-being are our priorities. That is why, following the Covid-19 epidemic that has been raging around the world, we are committed to respecting a sanitary safety protocol, before, during and after your stay with us. Because we did not want to choose between your safety, ours and the environment, we prefer reusable and washable products (microfiber wipes, cleaning gloves, masks at your disposal), the hydro-alcoholic solution produced locally by our usual organic soap maker, high-pressure steam cleaning for floors, fabrics, bathroom, sanitary, a vacuum cleaner without bag disinfected after each room and the respect of the forward motion.

During your stay

Your welcome: We respect barrier gestures and physical distancing upon your arrival. During your stay: Bio liquid soap and hydroalcoholic solution are available in your room. We also have cloth masks available in each room (if you don't have your masks on you). These will be washed at 60° after your departure.For stays longer than one night: contrary to our usual conditions, we do not do daily cleaning, so that we do not enter your room. If you wish to empty your dustbins, please leave them in the morning, at your departure, in front of the door, outside the room. You will also find on the landing a bin with automatic opening and closing for your dirty towels. We will leave the clean linen in front of your door for your return.In the common areas: Library It was only accessible to take a book or to discover the exhibition but not to relax, we are sorry.Games room: it is accessible by reservation in order to allow us to disinfect the entire room before the next users.The Garden and the Terrace You will be able to take full advantage of it by telling us beforehand your wish (deckchair, garden furniture).Kitchen: preparation of meals and breakfastsThe current regulations forbid us to share a real table d'hôtes with you. The meals that we propose to you, are served on a tray on the private terrace of your guest room and are prepared on the same principle and under usual hygienic conditions already very strict. In addition to these, the regular disinfection of contact surfaces, the preparation of meals with masks and the trays also served with masks.Laundry care Sheets, pillowcases, underpads and underpads, as well as bathroom linen are washed at 60° during a complete wash cycle.
